موضوع: کمپین بین اللملی برای جلوگیری از اعدام سامان نسیم

با توجه به حساسیت اهمیت این رخداد، از جامعه بین المللی درخواست می کنم تا برای جلوگیری از اعدام سامان نسیم و دیگر زندانیان سیاسی در ایران، اقدام نمایند و برای آزادی هر چه سریعتر آنها تلاش کنند.
من نیز چون هموطنانم، به شدت نگران موج گسترده اعدام ها و وخامت حال تعدادی از زندانیان سیاسی در ایران هستم. ما نگران هستیم که این مردان و زنان بیگناه، بدون حمایت و تلاش جهان آزاد، از خطر اعدام رهایی نیابند.
آقای سامان نسیم، یک زندانی سیاسی است، که پنج سال پیش، زمانی که تنها هفده سال داشته، دستگیر شده است و به «محاربه» و «فساد فی الارض» متهم گردیده است.آقای نسیم ممکن است روز نوزدهم فوریه اعدام شود.
سازمان عفو بین الملل و چندین رسانه دیگر گزارش داده اند که رژیم ایران از پیگیری پرونده توسط وکیل او جلوگیری کرده است و اجازه نمی دهد تا وکلای دیگر، وکالت و دفاع از پرونده او را بر عهده گیرند.
آقای نسیم از حق دسترسی به حقوق بنیادین انسانی، چون دسترسی به دادگاه عادلانه و داشتن وکیل محروم گردیده است و سپس در دادگاهی در شهر مهاباد، به اعدام محکوم شده است و ممکن است این حکم هر لحظه به اجرا در آید، مگر اینکه جامعه بین المللی خواستار توقف اجرای اعدام، دادگاه تجدید نظر و آزادی او از زندان شود.
مردم ایران به صورت کلی، رژیم مذهبی را مسئول نقض حقوق بشر می دانند، تا آنجا که این رژیم، بیشترین سرانه اعدام را در دنیا دارد. ما به شدت نگران زیر پا گذاردن آزادی بیان و اندیشه هستیم، که گاه زیر پا گذرادن این حقوق، با اجرای مجازات های بسیار سختگیرانه ای همراه است.
همانگونه که ایرانیان، به کرامت انسانی شهروندان اعتقاد دارند، شورای ملی ایران نیز در پی استقرار یک نظام مردم سالار سکولار و آزادی تمامی زندانیان سیاسی و حذف مجازات اعدام و شکنجه می باشد.
به طور ویژه از سازمان ملل و جامعه جهانی انتظار داریم تا این موضوع حساس را به دقت زیر نظر قرار دهند و ما از آن مقام محترم تقاضا داریم تا وظیفه خطیر اکرام و احترام به مهمترین ارزش دنیای آزاد، یعنی اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر، و تلاش برای اعتلای آن را یادآور شوند.

Re: International Campaign to Prevent the Execution of Mr. Saman Nasim
Your Excellency,
It is with a great sense of urgency that I appeal to the international community to prevent the execution of Mr. Saman Nasim and other prisoners of conscience in Iran, and to facilitate their immediate release. My compatriots and I are extremely concerned about the continuing wave of executions and the declining health conditions of several prisoners of conscience. We are worried that these innocent men and women will not escape execution without outcry from the free world.
Mr. Saman Nasim, a prominent political prisoner, was arrested five years ago at the age of 17, and accused of ‘waging war against God’ and ‘corruption on earth’. According to his family, Mr. Nasim could be executed on February 19th, 2015. Amnesty International and various news outlets report that Iranian government authorities have prevented his lawyer to follow up the case and denied other lawyers the right to take his case. Mr. Nasim has been deprived of his basic rights of due judicial process without access to his lawyer and legal advice. Consequently, he was sentenced to death in the city of Mahabad and could be executed unless the international community demands a stay of his execution, a judicial review, and his ultimate release from prison.
Iranians at large hold the theocratic regime responsible for the disregard and contempt of human rights, as the Islamic Republic of Iran is ranked first in the world for executions per capita. We are highly concerned about the disregard of freedom of speech, expression and belief that are often accompanied by excessive punishments. Whereas Iranians recognize the dignity and inalienable rights of individuals, the Iran National Council seeks, with the ultimate goal of restoring self-determination and a secular parliamentary democracy, the freedom of all prisoners of conscience, and the abolishment of capital punishment and torture.
We particularly expect the United Nations and the international community to weigh in on these crucial matters, and we urge your excellency to remind all concerned about their duty in upholding the most cherished values of the free world as articulated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
