نخست وزیر بریتانیا،
مایلم انتصاب شما را به سمت نخست وزیری بریتانیا شادباش بگویم. در روزگار پر تنش کنونی، نیاز است تا رهبریتی قدرتمند در قدیمی ترین کشور مجلس محور و دمکراتیک دنیا وجود داشته باشد.
و لازم است تا حکومت مذهبی و ستمگر جمهوری اسلامی بداند که بریتانیا، به اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر تعهد دارد و از حقوق مدنی و دمکراتیک مردم ایران نیز حمایت می کند.
ما از تیم اجرایی شما و دیگر اعضای جامعه جهانی می خواهیم تا برای آزادی بی قید و شرط زندانیان سیاسی در ایران تلاش نمایند. با تاکید بر اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر و آینده ای فارغ از خشونت، ما شورای ملی ایران را در سال 2013 بنا نهاده ایم. شورایی که ایرانیان از گروه های سیاسی، مذهبی و اجتماعی مختلف از داخل و خارج از ایران در آن حضور دارند.
هدف غایی ما برگزاری انتخاباتی آزاد و منصفانه و شفاف در کشور عزیزمان ایران است.
خانم نخست وزیر، ما شما را تشویق می کنیم تا کشورهای آزاد را ترغیب نمایید تا بر حکومت جمهوری اسلامی، به دلیل نقض گسترده حقوق بشر فشار بیشتری وارد نمایند، و به صورت همزمان، از تلاش آزادی خواهانه مردم ایران نیز حمایت نمایند.

We extend to you our warmest congratulations and best wishes on your appointment as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
In these trying times the international community, and the free world in particular, require sound and strong leadership from the oldest parliamentary democracy. It is therefore important that the tyrannical theocratic regime oppressing the Iranian people have a firm and unequivocal understanding of the United Kingdom’s support and commitment to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and its respect for the civil and democratic rights of the Iranian people.
We appeal to your high office and the international community to support our campaign for the immediate and unconditional release of all prisoners of conscience. It is with an emphasis on the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and a non-violent solution for the future of Iran that we formed the Iran National Council for Free Elections in 2013 with the participation of Iranians from many political, social and religious spectrums, both in Iran and abroad.
Our ultimate vision is to hold free, fair and transparent elections in our beloved homeland.
Madam Prime Minister, we ask that you urge and convince the governments of the nations which comprise the free world to increase their pressures on the Islamic Republic with respect to its continuous violations of human rights, and to simultaneously support the aspirations and struggles of the Iranian people to achieve freedom, democracy and secularism.
